Matrix re-enactment

.mov Video

At Shibuya now waiting for the other group of 'agents' to arrive from Ikebukuro.First 2 pics are of the plan being explained to eager participants...they will join the Ikebukuro group and head to Akihabra for the final Burly Brawl fight scene.Last 2 pics are agents on the Yamanote and the movie shows the Shibuya group getting on.Unfortunately, Dav and I cant join today, but we're here now to watch the gathering. It's pretty cool to see all these Matrix fans. Have fun everyone!

Hmmmmmm..... very, very sad indeed how a bunch of grown-ups play and pretend they are the characters from a movie. Japan EXCLUSIVES! Then again, it's entertaining!

Ya, people having fun and socializing with each other is really sad. (???)

Posted by: Shaun at June 30, 2003 10:14 PM

I don't get that comment either...why is it sad? They're just having fun, come on...

Then I declare myself imcompetent with FUN and SOCIALIZATION skills.

Posted by: Eddie at June 30, 2003 10:29 PM

If humiliating myself like that in public, I too declare myself incompetent with fun and social skills

Eddie, it seems you have missed the point. These unexplained sunglassed mob gatherings are actually art performances, brief social experiments.

Look like a bunch of losers to me... more like wanna-be salary men than agent smith.

Hi Mie,

I hope you guys enjoyed it. I like your website, btw (^_^) As you may know, the Akihabara scenario was canceled because there was no "hokoten" as usually happens, but the action took place in Odaiba.

If you're interested, please check out my thread. I have a complete collection of pictures there...It was a huge success, and included nearly 210 agents.

I don't see what the big deal is.. these pics look pretty much like my average commute to work - salarymen everywhere plus the scads of oversized suit-wearing teamer types that like hanging in front of the stations... what amazes me is that these people think they are being unique somehow.

so much negativity.

Chill out...

"I'm so cool and smart! I never do anything silly!"

Trolls are in the house yo! ;)

Yes, trolls are in da house. And you happen to be one of them!

Come on..... I'm sure all you people here find it freaky! Stop pretending to be GOOD GUYS!! You're free to voice your REAL opinions. FREE YOUR MIND!

Posted by: Sergio at July 2, 2003 01:01 AM

some probably think being asocial is way more fun and healthy.

Posted by: paburo at July 2, 2003 06:52 PM

Man Sergio, you say "You're free to voice your REAL opinions. FREE YOUR MIND!", only to condemn something even slightly off-beat such as a flash-mob? Not very forum friendly!
