Mie the technology in Japan is too cool and far more advanced than in the US. I am sure you will enjoy SF with Dav but you will miss the cool techi stuff. Well maybe in around 3 years you can show everyone in the US how to use your current technology when we finally catch up.

Hey Mie,

it looks very much like the keyboard I have for my iPaq - that one is marketed by HP themselves so maybe there's a generic manufacturer out there who might make one for your AU phone...

Keyboards for phones are becoming a 'must have' over here too. The new Microsoft EV100 smartphone on Orange ships with a fabric keyboard! It actually rolls up! How cool!?

BTW, I'm probably going to be in SFO around Feb next year - hope we can find the time to hook up so I can actually meet you and Dav! (having flown 0000's of miles to be in the same room and not even speak already...doh!)

Pete.

Whats the point?! DoCoMo's bandwidth is so small, you cannot have more than like 300 characters in an email!!!

Should be made for AU or Jphone (which is much more generaous with the amount of characters one can send and receieve)!

Hey Mie ... nice to finally chat with ya!
I got the photos I took last night up on my blog.
The moblog of a moblog of a moblog. Let me know if you want the originals.
Also, hopefully all of us can get together and plan the *SECRET PROJECT* you and Paul were talking about.

C'ya soon!

Tom,
I know! For the first time in my life I will the one complaining how far behind things are. I'm actually very interested in how my transition back to SF will be...will do my best to document my thoughts and emotions. I know I always have a hard time getting used to BART which just seems so ancient.

Pete,
Yes, let's definitely try to meet up. The more we email back and forth, and now that I know we were actually like 2 feet from each other at one point, I'm very curious. It's beginning to feel like a puzzle and I want to complete it. : )

Eddie, I just happened to start with AU, but I'm discovering that AU is actually pretty good...like the fact that I can send 5 picturs and whatnot. It's interesting how each company has different bells and whistles to play with, ne.

Chris, I like the photo! Pretty cool! I would love to have an original. It sure will be a piece of history.

"It's interesting how each company has different bells and whistles to play with, ne."

Unfortunately, the "most popular" and "most expensive" network happens to be the worst one, ne?! (^_^)
